Nina Kussow, is simply unlimited
in her ability to create in any media.
After graduation an Art School in Vladikavkaz, she went to St.Petersburg to study art and architecture at
one of the Europe’s prestigious art institute – St.Petersburg’s
Academy of Fine Arts. She was spending 10 years in a world-class course
of highly intensive training, which enabled her to acquire not only
accomplished skills in applied arts (painting, drawing, composition,
graphic arts, etching, architecture, interior design), also the refined
aesthetic sense necessary to implement those skills harmoniously as a
fine artist.

Both printmaker and
painter, she began her artist’s career by trying almost every medium
and exploring many techniques and styles, mostly concentrated on etching
and monotype. Her work shifts from large color and form statements to
small prints.
She did an extensive
study. She read, experimented, studied other artists’ work. She
traveled around the world and visited a world’s famous museums. The
innumerable hours she has spent studying classical works of arts. She
creates work that reflects the high standards found in classical and
contemporary European techniques and traditions.
Nina Kussow art works are
acquires by galleries and personal collections in USA, Canada and Europe.

Since 1990 she lives and
works in USA and Germany, where she continued her interest in Fine Arts.
After 12
successful years in Web and Graphic Design fields, she decided to continue her career as
a full-time artist, illustrator and art teacher.
Currently she makes
her home and art studio in Beverly Massachusetts.
